PRODUCTION PROCESS

• Many of our products are made to order and the production time for your item is listed below the "Add To Cart" button. This is the total estimated time it will take to create and prepare your item for pickup, delivery, or shipping.
• Once the item is ready you'll get an email with instruction depending on your delivery method
• Local pickup is available in Regina. Your email will contain instructions on picking your item up
• Delivery is available in Regina, Pilot Butte, Balgonie, and White City. Your email will contain instructions on booking a delivery date
• Shipping is available worldwide. If your selected shipping method has a tracking number it will be included in the email.
• Lettermail is used when you select the $5.00 Shipping Canada Wide option at checkout. Lettermail arrives in 2-3 days within Regina, 3-4 days within Saskatchewan, 4-6 days with Canada, and 5-7 days to the USA.
• Regular shipping within Saskatchewan is 4-6 business days, and nationally 6-8 business days.
