Canada Post Update

Canada Post is on strike, and I wanted to share how we’re handling things to make sure you still get what you need.

This is why we started Sticks & Doodles—to care about people, even when things get complicated. And shipping disruption is no different.

Here’s what we’re doing:

1. Lettermail temporarily unavailable – $5 single ornament shipping is off the website for now.

2. Free shipping threshold lowered – To make it easier for you.

3. Orders already mailed with Canada Post – These may experience delays.

4. New orders will ship via UPS.

5. PO Box & Lettermail orders that are ready to ship – We’ll reach out to update your address for UPS or offer to wait until service resumes.

If you’re local, the store is open at 2406 Victoria Ave E, and you can select local pickup at checkout to skip the shipping hassle altogether or shop in store!
