No Products in the Cart
If for any reason you have a concern over the product you have received please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are very easy to deal with when it comes to issues and are proud to say that an issue has not come up that we haven't been able to resolve!
Returns on non personalized items can be made within 15 days of receiving your item.
Returns on customized but not personalized items (you picked the stain of your sign or colour of your frame) may in some cases be returned at our discretion.
Returns on items featuring personalization cannot be returned - please let us know if you have any issues with the item you ordered as we guarantee the quality on all products.
We do not refund products damaged as a result of mounting or fixing to a surface (such as a wall). While we do in some cases provide mounting hardware, we cannot guarantee it is the best for your space.
Please inform us immediately if a product arrives damaged, and send pictures to email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your product with photos. In most cases we can send you a new item, but must be notified as soon as possible.
Refunds (if arranged with us)
Some banks handle refunds differently on your credit card's online banking. Authorized transactions may show two charges, or two refunds. Once the transactions move to the statement they will correctly show the amounts in the transactions.
If the postal service has indicated that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, a case must be opened with the postal service (we can assist in this process).
As the seller of your item we do everything to get the package to you safe and sound. We ship with the address provided and by the production date listed on the product listing.
Once it has arrived at the post office they are directly responsible for shipping and all costs relating to missing packages and we cannot refund without their notice.
Some people are currently ordering online and scamming companies by claiming their packages never arrived. Following this process protects us and our customers from these people.
Refunds due to late pickups
Please make sure to check your email as this will be what we use to contact you for pickups. We do not offer refunds due to missed pickup emails, but will keep your products safe in long term storage.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
