Returns & Exchange Policy! 

We are so proud of the products we create at Sticks & Doodles & stand behind their quality. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied, there is a problem, or your item arrived damaged, please contact us directly at

All products in our store come with a 15 Day Quality Guaranteed Return or Exchange with your original receipt & in original packaging, with just a few exceptions below.

Note - if you ordered a product online and selected Local Pickup, the 15 days starts the moment we send out a ready for pickup. If you selected shipping or delivery it starts the day your order arrived

Orders submitted with an email or phone number will be registered in our system and do not require a receipt.

Final Sale - if you have a problem with your item please bring it to us so we can fix it up for you!!

Products with the Current or a Past Year

Final sale as of December 25th of that year.

Non-Personalized & Non-Christmas-Themed Ornaments. 

Returns after December 25th are exchange only with other non-personalized in-stock ornaments.

Christmas Ornaments Shipped With: Free Untracked Lettermail - (May Arrive After Christmas. Choose Pickup, Delivery, or Tracked to Guarantee Christmas Arrival)

May not be returned if they arrive after Christmas. Use this shipping method at your own discretion. 

Seasonal Products

Final Sale as of the date of their holiday. This includes Valentine’s, Easter, Halloween, & Christmas Collections

Refunds (if arranged with us)

Some banks handle refunds differently on your credit card's online banking. Authorized transactions may show two charges, or two refunds. Once the transactions move to the statement they will correctly show the amounts in the transactions. 

Missing Packages

If the postal service has indicated that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, a case must be opened with the postal service (we can assist in this process).

As the seller of your item we do everything to get the package to you safe and sound. We ship with the address provided and by the production date listed on the product listing.

Once it has arrived at the post office they are directly responsible  for shipping and all costs relating to missing packages and we cannot refund without their notice.

Some people are currently ordering online and scamming companies by claiming their packages never arrived. Following this process protects us and our customers from these people.  

Refunds due to late pickups
Will be made at our discretion. No refunds for personalized products that are not picked up.
