Shipping
We offer a $9 flat rate for shipping anywhere in Canada or the USA. Free shipping is available for any orders over $200.
No need to pick a courier, we will always choose the best one for your order.

Returns
Product Care
Our high-quality woods and paints are durable, but avoid excess moisture. Need touch-up paints or repair advice? Message us!
If at any time you have an issue with a Sticks & Doodles made product you just give us a call and we will find a way to help you out!
Personalized Items
If there’s an issue with your order, let us know within 15 days! If it’s our mistake, we’ll make it right—no questions asked. If something else happened or it’s been longer than 15 days, still reach out! We’ll do everything we can to help.
Non-Personalized Items:
Can be returned with a receipt in original packaging within 15 days.
Christmas & Year-Dated Products:
Cannot be returned after December 23rd of that year.
