Quote Request - 3D Wood Minimalist Family Line Drawing Photo Recreation (BOOKING FEBRUARY 2024)
We're proud of our work, and build products that reflect the highest standards in our industry. If for any reason your item does not meet those standards upon arrival, we will arrange to have your sign fixed or remade at no cost to you.
This is the gift that takes your breath away, as a photo of an amazing moment captured in time is transformed into an incredible work of art!
Our most complex & intricate sign, each portrait can contain anywhere from 30-150 individual pieces of handpainted wood, cut from a line drawing created by hand.
Many hours of detailed work go into bringing your portrait to life, and extreme care is taken to make them perfect!
These signs are best gifted at special times, to celebrate & remember the most important moments & people in our lives.
Order Process
After you upload your photo and approve your quote & delivery time, you will place a $100 deposit on the design of your sign.
The proof will arrive a minimum of one month before the date the sign is to be completed.
Once approved, the remaining balance is paid, and we get ready to build the sign, cutting & painting all the pieces before fitting them together like a puzzle. Your sign will be completed with two sawtooth hangers for easy mounting.
3D Minimalist Portraits are custom quoted based on the detail in the photo, but base pricing (which most portraits fit into) are as follows:
18"x12" (max two subjects) - $345+tax for the first person + $50/person or pet
24"x16" (max three subjects) - $445+tax for the first person + $50/person or pet
30"x20" (max twelve subjects) - $545 for the first person + $50/person or pet
We can custom quote additions such as vehicles, backgrounds, or props - these lead to some of the best portraits!
Major graphical changes (changing body sizes, moving people around, removing grass from in front of a subject) can be quoted - just let us know!
Once your quote is approved the deposit is locked in and we will get started on your proof. The proof will arrive one month before the date the sign is to be completed.

Pricing & Proofing
Once you approve your quote, your sign will move into the proofing phase. The proof will be sent at the latest six weeks before the sign is to be produced.
If you decide not to approve your quote, the deposit will be refunded in full.
Once the design process is started the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Due to the nature of custom signs, discount codes cannot be used on the remaining balance, but gift cards absolutely can!
Two free revisions are included with your order - please try to include all the changes you'd like on each revision.

Sticks & Doodles was founded in 2020 by Kyle (that's me!) & Danelle Moffatt in Regina Sk, with the desire to create beautiful custom signs for the most important moments in people's lives!
Since then, we have crafted thousands of signs & ornaments, and in 2022 opened a store & shop at 595 Henderson Drive in Regina.
Now with a team, Sticks & Doodles we continue to produce high-quality wood & acrylic pieces, and love getting to be a part of the lives of our customers!

If you're in Regina, White City, or Pilot Butte you can choose local delivery at checkout!
Shipping
Shipping is available worldwide through Canada Post. We offer free lettermail shipping on many of our small items, and you can choose tracked for all signs! The estimated delivery time is automaticaly updated by Canada Post at checkout
Returns
We are so proud of what we create at Sticks & Doodles & stand behind our quality!! That's why if for any reason you are not satisfied, there is a problem, or we made a mistake, please contact us directly at team@sticksanddoodles.com so we can fix it for you! If the product isn't personalized and you need to return it just let us know within 15 days of recipt. Purchases in-store require a recipt. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, which makes it even more important to contact us if you have a problem! Seasonal products are final sale after the holiday for that year has passed
