Every portrait begins the same way: your photo hand-drawn in our iconic minimalist style. You can choose the design style, whether it is printed on durable acrylic, engraved onto natural wood, or built piece by piece in our layered and hand-painted style.

Custom Artwork Agreement
We are thrilled to turn your photo into a one-of-a-kind keepsake. Please read these quick points and check the box above before ordering.
- Hand drawn by an artist
Our in house artist will use your submitted photo as inspiration for a hand-drawn mockup which will be used as the basis for your artwork. - Signature Style
The artist's style is to draw people without faces. Glasses, beards, and accesories may be included but eyes, noses, and mouths are not drawn. - Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included at no extra cost. Further changes can be purchased for $25. - Photo Edits & Custom Layouts

5. Artist Time Deposit
- Acrylic Prints & Laser Engraved Portraits: $65 of your order goes towards the artist’s time and is non-refundable after the drawing is complete. If you decide to change photos following your mockup, the cost is $65 for a new drawing.
- Layered & Hand-Painted Portraits: $250 of your order goes towards the artist’s time and is non-refundable after the drawing is complete. If you decide to change photos following your mockup, the cost is $125 for a new drawing.
6. Timeline
- Acrylic Prints & Laser Engraved Portraits: Finished in 2–4 weeks most of the year, and 3–6 weeks leading up to Christmas.
- Layered & Hand-Painted Portraits: Finished in 8–12 weeks most of the year, and 9–14 weeks leading up to Christmas.

Our Guarantee: Even Better in Person.
A lot of websites use fancy photos to sell cheap products. We don’t.
In fact, we’re so confident in our craftsmanship that we guarantee your piece will look even better in person than in any photo.
If you don’t love it, call us. We stand behind every piece we make and will do everything we can to make it right.

Our high-quality woods and paints are durable, but avoid excess moisture. Need touch-up paints or repair advice? Message us!

Delivery available in Regina, White City, and Pilot Butte—select at checkout!
Shipping
$9 shipping available with free shipping at $200. No need to pick a courier, we will choose the best one for your order.

If at any time you have an issue with a Sticks & Doodles made product you just give us a call and we will find a way to help you out!
Personalized Items
If there’s an issue with your order, let us know within 15 days! If it’s our mistake, we’ll make it right—no questions asked. If something else happened or it’s been longer than 15 days, still reach out! We’ll do everything we can to help.
Non-Personalized Items:
Can be returned with a receipt in original packaging within 15 days.
Christmas & Year-Dated Products:
Cannot be returned after December 23rd of that year.

It all started in a basement.
In 2019, we started in a Regina basement with a couple of tools, a lot of grit, and a passion for making people smile. Five years later, with the support of our incredible team, community, and customers, we’ve grown from that tiny basement to a flagship studio and store in East Regina, Saskatchewan.
