Each piece starts the same way: you send us your photo, and one of our artists hand draws it in our signature minimalist style. From there, you choose how you want it made.
Acrylic Print
Printed in full colour or black and white on premium acrylic.
Engraved Wood
Your drawing engraved into natural maple and framed.
3D Wood (Premium)
Our original style. Layered, hand painted wood, built piece by piece into a full artwork.
You’ll receive a proof to approve before anything is produced.

Artwork Agreement
This is a custom piece made from your photo. Please read the notes below before ordering.
1. Hand Drawn by an Artist
Your artwork is hand drawn by one of our artists using your submitted photo as the reference.
2. Signature Style
Our style does not include facial features. We may include details like glasses, beards, hair, and accessories.
3. Proof and Revisions
We’ll send a proof before production.
Two rounds of revisions are included.
Additional revisions are $25 each, to keep things moving and make sure your artwork stays on schedule.
4. Photo Edits and Custom Layouts
If you need photo edits (merging photos, rearranging people, removing objects, adding backgrounds, etc.), please email hello@sticksanddoodles.com for a quote before ordering.
5. Artist Time Deposit (Non Refundable)
Once the drawing is complete, the following portion of your order becomes non refundable:
Acrylic Prints and Engraved Wood: $65
If you change your photo after the proof, a new drawing is $65.
3D Wood (Premium): $250
If you change your photo after the proof, a new drawing is $125.

Pick up your order for free from our store at at 2406 Victoria Ave E, Regina - we'd love to see you!
Shipping
We offer a $9 flat rate for shipping anywhere in Canada or the USA. Free shipping is available for any orders over $200.
No need to pick a courier, we will always choose the best one for your order.

Returns
Product Care
Our high-quality woods and paints are durable, but avoid excess moisture. Need touch-up paints or repair advice? Message us!
If at any time you have an issue with a Sticks & Doodles made product you just give us a call and we will find a way to help you out!
Personalized Items
If there’s an issue with your order, let us know within 15 days! If it’s our mistake, we’ll make it right—no questions asked. If something else happened or it’s been longer than 15 days, still reach out! We’ll do everything we can to help.
Non-Personalized Items:
Can be returned with a receipt in original packaging within 15 days.
Christmas & Year-Dated Products:
Cannot be returned after December 23rd of that year.
