Your purchase includes a non-refundable $50 design deposit. If you decide to cancel your order before your artwork is made but after the design is created, we will refund the total balance (minus the deposit) and send you a digital copy of your drawing.
Our style for people is minimalist/faceless. We only draw out minor facial features such as beards and glasses, but don't include eyes, mouths, or cheekbones.

Non-Personalized Items:
Can be returned with a receipt in original packaging within 15 days.
Christmas & Year-Dated Products:
Cannot be returned after December 23rd of that year.
