Faceless Style: Our art style for people is minimalist. We include features like beards, glasses, and kissing profiles but exclude detailed facial features such as eyes, mouths, or cheekbones.
Design Deposits
The sketch for your photo is done by hand, so $50 of your first ornament or magnet with design
If you cancel your order after the design has been created but before production, we will refund the remaining balance and send you a digital copy of your custom sketch.

Personalized Items
If there’s an issue with your order, let us know within 15 days! If it’s our mistake, we’ll make it right—no questions asked. If something else happened or it’s been longer than 15 days, still reach out! We’ll do everything we can to help.
Non-Personalized Items:
Can be returned with a receipt in original packaging within 15 days.
Christmas & Year-Dated Products:
Cannot be returned after December 23rd of that year.
