These incredible gifts are highly complex and intricate. They can contain anywhere from 50 to 500 individual pieces of wood, designed and planned based on a hand-drawing by Laser Artist Danelle Moffatt.
They have some of the biggest impacts - a gift like nothing else that is sure to communicate your appreciation for the person it's for.
Pricing & Turnaround Times for Custom Wooden Artwork -
Danelle has spent many years perfecting her designs, which can take 10-50 hours to make!
Because of this, we recommend budgeting between $700-$2500 with a creation time 3-6 months.

As each sign is designed by hand, any photo, including physical and black-and-white photos, can be sent as inspiration.
Order Process
Quote: Following your quote submission we will go through your request and price out some different sizes and options for you.
Deposit: Once you approve your quote, a $100 deposit will be placed to hold your spot and pay for the hand-drawn sketch and digital mockup of your artwork. The deposit is fully refundable until the sketch is started, and once the sketch is complete, it is locked in.
Digital Proof: We will send you a hand-drawn digital mockup of your artwork for review and approval. If you have changes, please share as many as possible in your first email, as revisions can take up to two weeks.
We can easily make colour and wording changes for free! We can also quote you on larger requests, including removing people, grass, or other objects—just ask!
Note - Danelle's art style for people is faceless. Details such as beards, glasses, closed eyes, or profiles of kissing faces may be included, but most facial features are not drawn.
Remaining Balance: Once approved, the remaining balance is paid, and we will start bringing this to life! Feel free to message us at any time for updates.

Sticks & Doodles was founded in 2020 by Kyle & Danelle Moffatt in Regina Sk, with the desire to create beautiful custom signs for the most important moments in people's lives!
Since then, we have created thousands of signs & ornaments, and in 2022 opened a store / shop and brought on a team of artists to help us create more special pieces for people celebrating life's big milestones.

Product Care
We use the highest quality woods & paints, but wood is wood and you will want to avoid excess moisture on your artwork. If have a problem and need touch up paints or guidance on fixing something that was accidentally damaged please message us!

Shipping
Shipping is available worldwide through Canada Post. We offer free lettermail shipping on many of our small items, and you can choose tracked for all signs! The estimated delivery time is automaticaly updated by Canada Post at checkout

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We are so proud of the work we do and proudly guarantee it's quality.
If you have an issue with your order for one of the follow reasons, please notify us within 15 days of receiving it so we can discuss a replacement or refund.
1. The products in your order were broken, damaged, or defective
2. There were items that were ordered that were not included in your order
3. Your order is incorrect (size, colours, text, etc)
4. You feel the product was promoted incorrectly or differently from what was described.
Due to the nature of personalized products, the following cannot be used as a reason to return personalized, or customized items.
1. Requesting a refund after 15-days of receiving your order
2. You no longer need the product, or have changed your mind about the order
3. You made an error with your order (size, colours, text etc)

4. The product is damaged due to improper handling, or in any other way that is not related to the delivery of the product.

Non personalized or non customized products *ready made* can be returned in the original packaging with a receipt. As our products are in other stores, we require a proof of purchase with your order. Consider giving our team your name and phone number when you order so you're order is saved in our system.
Christmas Return & Exchange Policy.
December 23rd is the last day to return or exchange Christmas themed merchandise, along with all ornaments & tags until January 15th (which is outside of the return window for products purchased before Christmas. This is to prevent the practice of "decorating and returning". If you received multiple of the same ornaments as gifts and would like to exchange one for a similar in-stock ornaments please contact us. In addition, all products that have a year become final sale on December 23rd of that year.

Refunds (if arranged with us)
Some banks handle refunds differently on your credit card's online banking. Authorized transactions may show two charges, or two refunds. Once the transactions move to the statement they will correctly show the amounts in the transactions.
