As personalized items are made just for you, they are final sale.

If there is an issue please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. If the mistake is ours, we'll make it right – no questions asked.  If the mistake was not ours, or something happens outside of that timeframe, still reach out.

We genuinely want to help whenever we can. 

Build Time

Build times are listed above and reflect production time before your order ships or is ready for pickup.

Rush production (Priority Build) may be available – please select the appropriate build time option.

We offer a $14.99 flat rate for shipping anywhere in Canada or the USA. Free shipping on orders over $250.

No need to pick a courier, we will always choose the best one for your order.
