About Our Awards
Every plaque & trophy is custom-designed & handcrafted in our studio regardless of your budget.
All plaques are made from wood, acrylic, or a combination. Trophies are made exclusively from solid maple. Large signs can be made from a variety of woods. All hardwoods are sustainable and harvested from North American trees. Plaques can come with either a stand or sawtooth hangers.
How Pricing Works
We calculate the price based on the complexity of a project plus the material cost. Factors that affect complexity include the number of individual pieces of wood, the number of paint colours, the style, the design complexity, and the artist's skill level required to create it. Thicker woods, specialty woods, and size will affect material costs.
Plaques range from $50-$350+ and turnaround in 4-6 weeks
Trophies start at $250 and turnaround in 4-8 weeks
Large Signs start at $175 and turnaround in 4-8 weeks
Rush options are available!
If you order less than 10 and would like us to handle the design, we may add a design charge between $100 and $250, depending on its complexity.
Ordering Process
After you submit your quote, we will contact you within 5 days with pricing for your project! There are dozens of ways to turn a design into an award, and we are happy to share different ideas & options with you.
We have a few different options for deposits & payment terms and will share those when we send over your quote.
Finally, we will send you digital mockups to approve or revise once the quote is approved.
Have Your Own Design?
Feel free to send it our way! Some designers worry that their flat graphics won't work on our products, but you'd be surprised at what we can do.
Note - Due to the nature of custom pieces, discount codes cannot be used. But you may use gift cards if you have them. Please email hello@sticksanddoodles.com if you have any questions!

If there’s an issue with your order, let us know within 15 days! If it’s our mistake, we’ll make it right—no questions asked. If something else happened or it’s been longer than 15 days, still reach out! We’ll do everything we can to help.
Non-Personalized Items:
Can be returned with a receipt in original packaging within 15 days.
Christmas & Year-Dated Products:
Cannot be returned after December 23rd of that year.
