Turnaround Time
Custom maps are ready within 1 month. You’ll receive a mockup 1-2 weeks after placing your order, and the artwork is completed in the remaining 2 weeks.
Regina maps are kept in stock and are typically ready within a week.

Design Deposits
The sketch for your skyline is done by hand, so a portion of a custom purchase goes towards the artist's time.
This include a non-refundable $50 design deposit in the price for custom maps.
If you cancel your order after the design has been created but before production, we will refund the remaining balance and send you a digital copy of your custom sketch.

Local Delivery
Delivery available in Regina, White City, and Pilot Butte—select at checkout!
Shipping
$9 shipping available with free shipping at $200. No need to pick a courier, we will choose the best one for your order.

If at any time you have an issue with a Sticks & Doodles made product you just give us a call and we will find a way to help you out!
Personalized Items
If there’s an issue with your order, let us know within 15 days! If it’s our mistake, we’ll make it right—no questions asked. If something else happened or it’s been longer than 15 days, still reach out! We’ll do everything we can to help.
Non-Personalized Items:
Can be returned with a receipt in original packaging within 15 days.
Christmas & Year-Dated Products:
Cannot be returned after December 23rd of that year.

In 2019, we started in a Regina basement with a couple of tools, a lot of grit, and a passion for making people smile. Five years later, with the support of our incredible team, community, and customers, we’ve grown from that tiny basement to a flagship studio and store in East Regina, Saskatchewan.
