Each ornament begins with your photo, reimagined as a clean line art portrait by our in-house artists. Once the artwork is approved and finalized, it is precision engraved onto wood or printed onto acrylic to become a timeless gift.

Custom Artwork Agreement
We are thrilled to turn your photo into a one-of-a-kind keepsake. Please read these quick points and check the box above before ordering.
1. Hand drawn by an artist
Our in house artist will use your submitted photo as inspiration for a hand-drawn mockup which will be used as the basis for your artwork.
2. Signature Style
The artist's style is to draw people without faces. Glasses, beards, and accessories may be included but eyes, noses, and mouths are not drawn.
3. Revisions
We'll send you a mockup for approval before creating it. Price includes two rounds of revisions.
4. Photo Edits & Custom Layouts
Want to merge photos, rearrange people, or remove grass? Email hello@sticksanddoodles.com for a quote before ordering.
5. Artist Time Deposit
Acrylic Prints & Laser Engraved Portraits: $125 of your order goes towards the artist’s time and is non-refundable after the drawing is complete. If you decide to change photos following your mockup, the cost is $125 for a new drawing.
6. Timeline
Acrylic Prints & Laser Engraved Portraits: Finished in 2–4 weeks most of the year, and 3–6 weeks leading up to Christmas.

As personalized items are made just for you, they are final sale.
If there is an issue please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. If the mistake is ours, we'll make it right – no questions asked. If the mistake was not ours, or something happens outside of that timeframe, still reach out.

We off a $14.99 flat rate for shipping anywhere in Canada or the USA. Free shipping on orders over $250.
No need to pick a courier, we will always choose the best one for your order.

Our pieces are made with high-quality wood and durable paints and are intended for indoor use only.
To keep your item looking it's best, avoid excess moisture, and keep signs away from heat exposure (both can lead to warping).
Always display indoors in a temperature-controlled environment.
