1. Hand Drawn by an Artist
Your artwork is hand drawn by one of our artists using your submitted photo as the reference.
2. Signature Style
Our style does not include facial features for people. We may include details like glasses, beards, hair, and accessories.
3. Proof and Revisions
We'll send a proof before production. Two rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions are $25 each.
4. Photo Edits and Custom Layouts
If you need photo edits (merging photos, rearranging people, removing objects, adding backgrounds, etc.), please email hello@sticksanddoodles.com for a quote before ordering.
5. Artist Time Deposit (Non Refundable)
Once the drawing is complete, the following portion becomes non refundable: $65. If you change your photo after your mockup, the cost for a new drawing is $65.
Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.

As personalized items are made just for you, they are final sale.
If there is an issue please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. If the mistake is ours, we'll make it right – no questions asked. If the mistake was not ours, or something happens outside of that timeframe, still reach out.

We off a $14.99 flat rate for shipping anywhere in Canada or the USA. Free shipping on orders over $250.
No need to pick a courier, we will always choose the best one for your order.

Our pieces are made with high-quality wood and durable paints and are intended for indoor use only.
To keep your item looking it's best, avoid excess moisture, and keep signs away from heat exposure (both can lead to warping).
Always display indoors in a temperature-controlled environment.
