Affirmation Pocket Hugs are small engraved wood tokens made for the moments when someone needs a reminder that they are not alone, they are enough, or they can keep going.
Each token carries a different affirmation, surrounded by the reminder: keep going, donโt give up, one day at a time, you matter. Keep one in a pocket, backpack, desk drawer, or anywhere the message might find them at the right moment.
Give one to a child facing a hard day, a friend going through something, a coworker who needs encouragement, or yourself when you need to hear it most.
