Proofs, Revisions, & Custom Artwork Details
Please review these important details before ordering your custom artwork.
1. Our Signature Style
People are created without facial features. Recognizable details such as glasses, beards, hairstyles, clothing, and accessories may be included. Pets, buildings, vehicles, and other subjects are created with the defining details visible in your reference photo.
2. Digital Proof and Revisions
We email you a digital proof before production begins. Two rounds of revisions are included. Production begins after you approve your proof.
3. Photo Edits and Custom Layouts
If you need us to combine photos, rearrange people, remove objects, add a background, or create another custom layout, email hello@sticksanddoodles.com for a quote before ordering.
4. Non-Refundable Artist Time
$150 of your order goes towards reserving your spot and the artist's time designing your mockup and is non-refundable.
5. Personalized Orders
Personalized artwork is final sale. If your order arrives damaged or we made an error, contact us within 15 days and we’ll make it right.
Your payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.

How it works
- Upload your photo and choose your size and finish.
- A real artist creates your custom artwork from your photo. It is never AI-generated.
- We email you a digital proof before production. Two rounds of revisions are included.
- After you approve it, we print your artwork on premium acrylic or engrave it into natural maple wood.
Choosing your photo
Use the clearest, best-lit family or friends photo you have and make sure the important details are visible. Phone photos, scanned prints, and black-and-white photos are welcome.

As personalized items are made just for you, they are final sale.
If there is an issue please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. If the mistake is ours, we'll make it right – no questions asked. If the mistake was not ours, or something happens outside of that timeframe, still reach out.
We genuinely want to help whenever we can.

Build times are listed above and reflect production time before your order ships or is ready for pickup.
Rush production (Priority Build) may be available – please select the appropriate build time option.

Shipping
We offer a $14.99 flat rate for shipping anywhere in Canada or the USA. Free shipping on orders over $250.
No need to pick a courier, we will always choose the best one for your order.

Product Care
Our pieces are made with high-quality wood and durable paints and are intended for indoor use only.
To keep your item looking it's best, avoid excess moisture, and keep signs away from heat exposure (both can lead to warping).
Always display indoors in a temperature-controlled environment.
