Sticks & Doodles is a family-run Saskatchewan workshop whose artists and makers have handcrafted over 100,000 pieces. From smooth, sanded wood to carefully painted finishes and tiny details assembled by hand, their care shows in the gift you give.
Christmas could use a little capybara energy.
There’s wrapping paper everywhere, someone’s looking for batteries, and dinner still isn’t ready. Then there’s the capybara, looking like none of this needs to be its problem.
This round ornament features a seated capybara, a red scalloped border, and the words “Have a Capy Christmas.” Handcrafted in our Saskatchewan shop.
Find it a branch and let the bustle carry on.

The Sticks & Doodles Story
It all started in a basement.
In 2019, we started in a Regina basement with a couple of tools, a lot of grit, and a passion for making people smile. Five years later, with the support of our incredible team, community, and customers, we’ve grown from that tiny basement to a flagship studio and store in East Regina, Saskatchewan. While much has changed, our heart remains the same—celebrating stories, connections, and the moments that make life special. Thank you for supporting our dream. – Kyle & Danelle, Co-Founders
