How Pricing Works

Pricing is based on three key factors:

1. Complexity – Layers, paint colours, engraving time, and fine details

2. Materials – Specialty woods, thickness, and size

3. Quantity – Bulk pricing applies for larger orders

General pricing:

Custom Ornaments → While price can have a large range based on the factors above, most custom ornaments come in at $18-$32 each

Turnaround Time → 2–6 weeks (rush options available)

Need a Custom Design? If ordering fewer than 20, a design fee ($100–$250) may apply.

How to Order

1. Request a Quote – Submit your idea, and we’ll respond within 5 days with pricing and options.

2. Customize & Approve – We’ll send a professionally designed digital mockup for approval.

3. Production Begins – Once approved, we bring your ornaments to life.

Already have a design? Send it over! Even if it’s a flat graphic, we can likely bring it to life.

If there’s an issue with your order, let us know within 15 days! If it’s our mistake, we’ll make it right—no questions asked. If something else happened or it’s been longer than 15 days, still reach out! We’ll do everything we can to help.

Non-Personalized Items:

Can be returned with a receipt in original packaging within 15 days.

Christmas & Year-Dated Products:

Cannot be returned after December 23rd of that year.
