We want to help you create these by custom-designing medals that feel like art pieces. Like limited editions, whose recipients will feel valued upon receiving them.
About Our Medals
Every medal is custom-designed & handcrafted in our studio regardless of your budget.
Custom Medals typically turn around in 3-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and the total number, but rush options are available.
How Pricing Works
We calculate the price based on the complexity of the medal. Things that affect complexity include the number & size of individual pieces of wood, the number of paint colours, engraving time, design complexity, and the artist's skill level required to create it (our senior makers always make the most detailed pieces).
If a custom design is required and you are ordering less than 20 pieces, we may charge $100-$250 for the design, depending on its complexity.
Ordering Process
After you submit your quote, we will contact you within 5 days with pricing for your project! There are dozens of ways to turn a design into an ornament or magnet, and we are happy to share different ideas and options with you.
We have a few different options for deposits & payment terms and will share those when we send over your quote.
Finally, once the quote is approved, we will send you a professionally designed digital mockup to approve or revise.
Have Your Own Design?
Feel free to send it our way! Some designers worry that their flat graphics won't work on our products but you would be surprised what we can do.

Product Care
We use the highest quality woods & paints, but wood is wood and you will want to avoid excess moisture on your artwork. If have a problem and need touch up paints or guidance on fixing something that was accidentally damaged please message us!

All products can be picked up from our store at 2406 Victoria Ave E in Regina
Local Delivery
If you're in Regina, White City, or Pilot Butte you can choose local delivery at checkout!
Shipping
Shipping is available worldwide through Canada Post. We offer free lettermail shipping on many of our small items, and you can choose tracked for all signs! The estimated delivery time is automatically updated by Canada Post at checkout

Personalized Items
If there’s an issue with your order, let us know within 15 days! If it’s our mistake, we’ll make it right—no questions asked. If something else happened or it’s been longer than 15 days, still reach out! We’ll do everything we can to help.
Non-Personalized Items:
Can be returned with a receipt in original packaging within 15 days.
Christmas & Year-Dated Products:
Cannot be returned after December 23rd of that year.
