Custom Wood Medals range between $9.99/each - $29.99/each based on: 

• Complexity: Layers, paint colours, engraving time, and details.
• Materials: The type of wood, thickness, and finishes.
• Quantity: The more you order, the better the price.

Turnaround is 4-8 weeks with rush options available.

Professional artist design is $250 for orders under 15

If there’s an issue with your order, let us know within 15 days! If it’s our mistake, we’ll make it right—no questions asked. If something else happened or it’s been longer than 15 days, still reach out! We’ll do everything we can to help.

Non-Personalized Items:

Can be returned with a receipt in original packaging within 15 days.

Christmas & Year-Dated Products:

Cannot be returned after December 23rd of that year.
