How Pricing Works

Pricing depends on three key factors:

1. Complexity – The number of wood layers, paint colors, engraving time, and intricate details

2. Materials – Specialty woods, thickness, and finishes

3. Quantity – Bulk pricing applies for larger orders

General pricing:

• Custom Medals → $8-$30

• Turnaround Time → 3–6 weeks (rush options available)

Need a Custom Design? If ordering fewer than 10, a design fee ($100–$250) may apply.

How to Order

1. Request a Quote – Submit your idea, and we’ll respond within 5 days with pricing and options.

2. Customize & Approve – We’ll send a professionally designed digital mockup for approval.

3. Production Begins – Once approved, we bring your medals to life.

Personalized Items

If there’s an issue with your order, let us know within 15 days! If it’s our mistake, we’ll make it right—no questions asked. If something else happened or it’s been longer than 15 days, still reach out! We’ll do everything we can to help.

Non-Personalized Items:

Can be returned with a receipt in original packaging within 15 days.

Christmas & Year-Dated Products:

Cannot be returned after December 23rd of that year.
